Bulldog Fitness 2024 Summer Shred Challenge

1 Male and 1 Female Winner 2 Runners up in Each 

Contest will Run from May 1st - July 10 2024

Before Pictures must be submitted by April 30th No Exceptions.  

• Males will need to be in shorts with no shirt. ​

• Females in sports bra and shorts.  

• Pictures will not be shared and kept confidential until winners are announced at which point, we will discuss posting the winners before and after.  

• Final Pictures are due 07/10/2024 Late Entries will not be accepted. 

• All Pictures must have a sign legible in picture that says Bulldog Fitness 2024 Challenge with the date written on the sign and your weight.  Print Sign here:  Bulldog Picture.  

• You can email pictures to bulldogfitnesswinslow@gmail.com please include your name and phone number.  

​ Goal of challenge is to shred body fat percentage down and show that summer body; winners will be determined by Bulldog Fitness.  

Prizes:

• 1 Male and 1 Female grand prize winner will Receive 1 full year of Bulldog Fitness membership.    

• 1 male and 1 female runner up prizes will get a 6-month Bulldog Fitness membership.

Must be current Bulldog Fitness Gym Member or come in to sign up for the contest.
